PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GDPR

By giving consent to personal data processing you hereby agree that the company S.M.K., a.s., with registered office at Skalní mlýn 96, 678 01 Blansko, company ID number: IČ: 49432036, incorporated in the Public Register held at the Krajského obchodního soudu Court in Brno, Section B, File No. 1081 (the “Controller”), in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the personal data protection, can process your personal data: first name and surname, company name, email, telephone number, address, number and type of identity document. The aforementioned personal data are processed for the purpose of temporary accommodation, and the Controller shall process them for 10 years. 

You are granting your explicit and informed consent to the processing of the stated personal data. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail or a letter to address S.M.K., a.s., Skalní mlýn 96, 678 01 Blansko. 

The following data processors may process the personal data that are subject to this consent for the Controller:

• The company Shean s.r.o., with registered office at Svitavská 500, 678 01 Blansko, company ID number: 26768479, incorporated in the Commercial Register held at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Folder 48866, as a supplier of marketing services, website servicing.
• And any companies whose services have not been utilized by the Controller so far. 

In accordance with the aforementioned GDPR regulation on the personal data protection, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, demand information about what personal data are being processed and the rationale for the processing, demand access to the data (including the possibly to modify and update the data), ask for deletion of your personal data, and contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubt regarding our compliance with personal data processing obligations.
